We do not want people to be avoiding us for the reason that we cannot control ourselves. It would really be nice to live with anyone harmoniously. Being cool nowadays means getting favorable reaction from everyone. Avoiding disagreements between and among groups can create a better world to live in.
Some tips and ways to control anger:
Pamper yourself and relax
Take some time to relax and pamper yourself. Free yourself from distracting thoughts or problem even for a couple of hours as not to be easily drowned by stressing situation. You can listen to your favorite music to help you feel calm and relax. Or go somewhere, some place that can relax your body and mind. Surprisingly you might be on your way to control anger.
Get into exercise
Get yourself into exercise. When you do some exercise you just don’t get off those nasty fats but it also clears your mind from everything that bothers you. Exercise makes you feel good so your mood changes and this is an effective way to control anger too. Exercising does not just burn calories it helps you cool down that erring sensation inside you. So when you’re about to erupt and burst into anger do some exercises or simply run so as to help you ease the tension and feisty feeling.
Take a deep breath
Deep breathing helps. Inhaling and exhaling releases tension and other unwanted emotions. When you don’t feel so good and you’re about to give in to a stressful situation, take a deep breath for a couple of seconds and release it for another second. Repeat the deep breathing as often as you want to get yourself calm and relax. This method has been used over and over to attain calmness. When you can’t run, exercise and can’t go somewhere to relax you need to try this method, this is simple and proven effective.
