If you are angry and you have reached your boiling point, you need a place that is quiet where you can be alone. This may be a bedroom, bathroom, or even a closet. You have to find a place away from others where you can calm down and relax. Breathe slowly and think about something that can make you feel happy.
Deal with the Anger
After you have calmed down, feel more relaxed, and have a clear head, you are ready to deal with what has angered you. The only way that healthy anger release will work is if you are calm and have a clear head. Think about a solution to the problem instead of becoming angry again. If something makes you mad, then the only way to solve it is by remaining calm and discussing the problem.
Keep Calm
You may have to deal with what angered you, but the best way to do this is by talking or thinking about ways to solve the problem. Screaming, yelling, hitting, or worse are not the right ways to solve a problem. Communication and calmness are the only way to resolve any issues that you have.
