Overcoming Anger
There are so many reasons to live a happy life. Our life is a gift that we need to take care of, so don’t sulk yourself into depression when you feel alone. There are others ways that can make you happy. Being with someone is a choice you have to make to help you feel belong. It’s not really necessary to be with someone. At times other people are more into serious problem when they enter into a relationship, whatever your choice is as long as it makes you feel happy and would bring you to a better you go ahead, no one is stopping you.
We see the world in so many perspectives. Some would see it a paradise, some could barely live in this changing world and some would like to adapt to what the world is offering them. When we experience a happy life we tend to regard the world as something you want to spend the rest of your lives with, but if you experience more pain and sorrow you will get to some point of running away from the world. Overcoming your anger can help realize that this world is indeed a paradise you can live in.
The pain you feel and the hurt that was inflicted by other people on you will soon go away when you learn how to forgive and be in control of your life. Make sure that your anger will not control you and your decision, for anger can brought long term consequences. It could be strained relationship or a personality disorder that can affect your disposition in life. As long as you know how to deal with your situation and you know how to manage yourself in overcoming your anger you will survive this changing and challenging world.
