Effects of Anger
When you’re about to unleash your anger try to think of the possible consequences of your action. You don’t want to regret and blame yourself later on. Anger can be destructive, hostile and dangerous.
The moment you let your anger rule over you a part of you become evil. When anger has gone far, this can lead to self destruction or worst can get some killed. These are just few effects of anger.
A lot of violence has been reported and we all say this is such a cruel world. Have we done something to change the cruel world or are we making the situation worst by adding up more violence through the display of anger. This world has many issues that needs resolved. It would be mountain high if we’re going to sum them all up. When we do nothing to resolve the problem it’s like taking our own life. You can help the world by taking the first step in finding a solution to your own issue. You cannot share what you don’t have. So when you are equipped and educated help yourself first so that you will be able to help others.
The effects of anger are very dangerous, not just to your own life but to the lives of other individuals as well. The pain you inflict on others during your rage of anger can traumatize individuals. So many lives have been torn apart by anger. So many homes had been broken because of anger. How many lives should be sacrificed before we learn from the effects of anger? We can avoid all this if we learn how to control ourselves and our anger.
You have to acknowledge if you need some help. This is the only way we can prevent future damages. The learnings we get from the history of the past should be used for us in order to be able to deal with issues we are bound to resolve. Why should we make our lives complicated and painful when we can live a happy life? The effect of anger can be disturbing but the effect of doing nothing could worsen the effect of anger.
